Patrick can't seem to avoid his appetite for ridiculous. The Broncos won the football game, the pie was forthcoming, the meal was terrific... I can't remember what Arlo Guthrie called the Thanksgiving Dinner at the church, after they hauled out all the garbage but it was like that... Posted by Picasa

Housebling...

Alison's big wreath his laying on the lawn, guess I'd better get started looking for the lights, get the extension ladder out... I tried to sell her on just leaning it against the landscaping... no luck.

Some of you may enjoy this site... http://www.houseblinger.com
Could this be your neighbor?

Thanksgiving, some good will.

The Menomonie Rotary Club packed up 500 gift boxes and delivered them to the shut-ins in our community. It was nice to participate in something that is appreciated and brightens the day of folks, many of whom aren't going to get out to enjoy a Thanksgiving celebration. The club will probably have a few photos on the their site...

We'll be heading over to Brian's house in Andover and indulging in some of Carol's good cookin'. Alison has baked a now famous apple pie and we're ready to roll.

From Laurie...

"this is Kaolack... the view of the sunrise I get every morning as I walk back to the house from buying the morning bread.
it's not as desolate as it looks... it's actually pretty beautiful. It's a moment I particularly enjoy every day.
note the dust. everywhere, it's all dust. Downtown is a lot more hustle and bustle than this, but this is my neighborhood, right near the house."

This looks like fun, it 's good to see Laurie's not spending every bit of her time slaving away over the study of economics. Her Dad is always just a little bit jealous when she gets to visit the ocean without him. We don't get too many pictures from Africa, there are some issues with getting the files uploaded...Posted by Picasa

This looks like a group who are
enjoying having their picture taken.
